Ever have one of those days when you're unsure if you can make it to the end of the day without snoozing at your desk? Those sleepless nights can be tough, but staying awake on the job is even more painful. Too much coffee can make you jittery, so read on to find out what else you can do to avoid snoring at work.

1.Pen Your Thoughts     寫下所思所想
Take notes to keep yourself focused on your tasks. It's also a good way to keep your sleep-deprived self from making careless mistakes.
記筆記讓自己集中注意力工作。這也能很好地驅趕睡意,避免粗心犯錯。

2.Splash of Cold Water     拍點冷水
There's nothing as refreshing as cool water on your face. Splash some on during a bathroom break to keep you alert.
再沒什麼能比往臉上拍點冷水更讓人神清氣爽了。去洗手間的時候順便拍點冷水,讓自己保持清醒吧。

3.Caffeine For the Eyes     來點滴眼液
Using minty eye drops will double the jolt. This is a great tip because you don't have to leave your desk to do it.
薄荷滴眼液能讓人格外清醒。這絕對是個好建議,畢竟滴眼藥水都不用離開辦公桌哦。

4.Mints to Refresh Your Mind     吃點薄荷糖醒醒腦
Personally, I find that in addition to freshening my breath, mints keep my thoughts fresh!
我個人覺得,薄荷糖不僅可以清新口氣,還能活躍思維!

5.Up and at 'Em     運動起來
Taking a quick break to do jumping jacks or stretching (perhaps in the bathroom for some privacy) is a good way to get the blood circulating and get you through the day.
做做開合跳或伸展運動就能快速地休息一下(隱私起見,或許可以在洗手間進行)。這樣做可以很好地促進血液迴圈,讓你一整天都能清醒工作。

6.No More Sugar Lovin'     拒絕甜食
Eating sugar-laden foods will only keep you awake for a short while. Once that sugar rush wears off, you will feel more sleepy than ever. Stay off the sweet stuff and munch on healthy options like nuts instead.
吃甜食只能讓你清醒一小會兒。一旦甜味沖淡,你會覺得更疲倦。遠離甜食,選擇堅果類的健康食物吧。

7.Keep That Belly Full     別餓著肚子
Eating a good and balanced meal will keep you energized throughout the day. Try not to overeat because that may induce food coma and make you feel sleepier.
美味平衡的飲食能讓你全天都精力充沛。但也別吃太飽,太飽的話容易厭倦,反倒覺得更困。

8.A Ray of Sunshine     曬曬太陽
Try to get some sun if you can. Bring the shades up or take a short walk to soak in the sunshine. It will make your body feel more awake and facilitate a better adjustment to daytime mode.
有條件的話就曬曬太陽吧。趕走陰氣,在陽光下散散步。這會喚醒你的身體,使它白天調整到更好的工作狀態。
